Client Servicing Manager Role

The Client Servicing Manager plays a pivotal role in cultivating strong, enduring relationships with clients and ensuring their marketing and advertising requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Manage multiple projects and develop communication solutions that align with client objectives
  • Collaborate with creative, media, strategy, event, and digital teams to deliver targeted and time-sensitive campaigns
  • Ensure effective documentation, reporting, and commercialization of all client-related communications
  • Promote additional business from clients by highlighting various agency solutions
Candidate Profile:
  • Self-motivated, passionate, and takes complete ownership of work
  • Stays updated with industry trends, competitors, and market insights to provide strategic recommendations to clients
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and open to travel at short notice for assignments
Required Criteria:
  • Postgraduate degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience in an Advertising agency is essential; experience in handling government clients is highly desirable
