
Business Relationship Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Mumbai.
This position requires a seasoned professional with experience in corporate relationship management and a deep understanding of the employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style.
The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this role.
- Responsible for new business generation & retention of large accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving discussions with CXO's, Senior Directors and identifying key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determines the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect's issues and objectives.
The role also involves cross-selling of products with existing clients, proficiency on claims advocacy and servicing, and visiting insurance companies regularly to ensure continuous engagement with different stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Ability to manage & build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners and servicing vendors.
- Domain knowledge preferred.
- MBA degree
- Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
- Experience in insurance companies/insurance broking company,
- Proven track record of success in sales roles with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets
- Deep understanding of Employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style.
- Proven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with team at all levels to effectively close business.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a competitive Market Environment.
- Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in Health And Benefits Space.
