Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at the Racewin Group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing the sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends within the industry and potential clients.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
• Track sales performance metrics and report on sales progress to management on a regular basis.
• Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotional strategies.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tele-calling or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience in E-Commerce is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and drive sales.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
