Enterprise Growth Manager

We seek an experienced Enterprise Sales Specialist to drive business growth through new strategic client acquisitions. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with key prospects, manage the sales cycle, and achieve revenue and margin targets.
We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in a high-growth start-up or company. The successful candidate will have experience handling senior-level client stakeholders, selling solutions or services, and leveraging technology to drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a local sales strategy to achieve business growth.
- Acquire new business through prospecting, effective product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
- Work towards achieving revenue targets through each stage of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
- Ensure achievement of gross margin targets.
Requirements:
- 3-8 years of corporate sales experience.
- Experience in handling senior-level client stakeholders.
- Experience in selling solutions or services.
- Problem-solving and consultative skills.
- Technology orientation.
- Social and communication skills.
- Field work ethic and discipline.
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and handling commercials.
- Proficiency in using Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools.
- Excellent communication and conversational skills.
- Preferred industries knowledge and background in HR-Tech, HR Solutions, and SaaS.
