About This Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team at Enterprise Minds, Inc. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow applications and modules to meet specific business needs.


Key Responsibilities



  • Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules to meet specific business needs.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Asset Management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow workflows, UI pages, and business rules to automate and streamline business processes.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using web services, REST APIs, and other integration tools.
  • Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide insightful data for decision-making.
  • Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Conduct code reviews, and collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Provide end-user support and training as needed, ensuring smooth adoption of ServiceNow functionalities.

Requirements



  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management.
  • Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems via REST APIs, SOAP, and MID Server.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, and Performance Analytics.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITBM (IT Business Management) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they relate to ServiceNow workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio, Application Creator, and App Engine.
  • Experience with Version Control and Continuous Integration/Deployment practices.
  • JavaScript expertise, including knowledge of AngularJS, is a bonus.
  • Good understanding of database concepts, including SQL and MySQL.
  • Agile development experience is preferred.
