SaaS Business Development Representative

What You Will DoYou'll play a key role in driving growth and innovation as a SaaS Business Development Representative. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business leads to fuel our sales pipeline and collaborating with other BDRs and AEs
- Driving net new business meetings by creating and executing targeted campaigns using email, social media, and emerging prospecting technologies
- Helping create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
- Researching and building new and existing accounts (account research, adding contacts, emails)
- Data clean-up and maintenance (list building, list enrichment, process optimization for Sales Dev tech stack)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BDR preferably in a SaaS company
- NA market experience preferred
- Work Timing: 5.30 pm IST to 2.30 am IST (PST Timings)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Experience working with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, LeadIQ etc
- Proficient in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to understand business requirements and organizational structure
- Excellent time management/organizational skills
- Track record of success in a performance and metrics-driven role
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Basic knowledge of workplace SaaS software a plus
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
