What You Will Do

You'll play a key role in driving growth and innovation as a SaaS Business Development Representative. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new business leads to fuel our sales pipeline and collaborating with other BDRs and AEs
  • Driving net new business meetings by creating and executing targeted campaigns using email, social media, and emerging prospecting technologies
  • Helping create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
  • Researching and building new and existing accounts (account research, adding contacts, emails)
  • Data clean-up and maintenance (list building, list enrichment, process optimization for Sales Dev tech stack)
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a BDR preferably in a SaaS company
  • NA market experience preferred
  • Work Timing: 5.30 pm IST to 2.30 am IST (PST Timings)
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, LeadIQ etc
  • Proficient in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to understand business requirements and organizational structure
  • Excellent time management/organizational skills
  • Track record of success in a performance and metrics-driven role
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Basic knowledge of workplace SaaS software a plus
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
