Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manager - Partnerships & Alliances to lead the growth of our commercial vertical. The ideal candidate will identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships to drive project execution.

This role involves building relationships with landowners, ecosystem partners (contractors, architects, suppliers, consultants), and other stakeholders relevant to commercial construction. The successful candidate will negotiate partnership terms, ensure mutual value creation, and foster long-term collaborations.

The Manager will also be responsible for:

  • Scouting for individuals and institutions owning land for commercial establishments
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on outreach campaigns, events, and workshops
  • Creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of commercial project leads through strategic alliances

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain
  • Strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
