
Strategic Partnership Developer

We are seeking a skilled Partnerships Coordinator to strengthen our domestic partnerships network across India. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with state tourism boards, attractions, and other key stakeholders.
- This includes developing and managing strong relationships with domestic partners including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.
- The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Key responsibilities include conducting partner meetings, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements aligned with strategic goals.
- Negotiating and leading discussions on contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensuring all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
- Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Represent the company in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.
- Monitor tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, supply, marketing) to ensure alignment on partner deliverables.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development (experience with state tourism boards or attractions strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets.
- Open to extensive travel across India and flexible to work remotely when stationed at partner locations.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Secure partnerships and proposals from at least 2–3 key state tourism boards.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with annual targets.
- Establish strong client relationships and a regular meeting schedule with domestic partners.
- Deliver a pipeline of new partnership opportunities for expansion in Central India.
