Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to lead our business growth through strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted partnerships to achieve income delivery, drive initiatives that maximize income delivery, expand market reach, and enhance overall performance.
- Select, document, negotiate, and initiate partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor the health of business from partners and ensure timely settlements.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, make informed decisions, and possess analytical skills.
- Deliver Central Office - Channel Management Deliverables.
Core Skills and Qualifications:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partners and prospects.
- Ensure seamless interfacing with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and SPU functions.
- Daily engage with internal channel members to drive business delivery.
- Accountable for driving revenue-targeted initiatives.
- Create engagement and review platforms to ensure budget delivery.
- Bridge between partners and Yes Bank for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
Performance Management:
- Organize regular training sessions for resources on products, processes, and competition benchmarking in Trade & Forex business.
- Bridge between Sales and product teams for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
- Regularly review performance to identify business leakages and implement corrective measures.
