Business Partnership & Alliances Role

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. The Business Executive will be responsible for identifying potential partners, establishing and maintaining business relationships, and negotiating and closing partnership deals.

The Business Executive will develop and execute strategic partnership plans, collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and objectives, and ensure smooth onboarding and integration of partners. The role will involve analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and establish contact with Mutual Fund Distributors, Income Tax Professionals and Chartered Accountants.
  • Provide them with information about Tata AIA and AIG and business opportunity for them with these two institutions.
  • Convince them to join these as Advisors / Agency Partner.
  • Complete documentation, training, schedule their exam and complete onboarding.
  • Help them to commence their initial business.
  • Create daily content for digital marketing and post on social media platforms.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation.
  • Finance, Wealth Management and Insurance industry awareness.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the specific industry or market is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
