About the Role

The Executive Project Leader will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of high-end projects. This role demands strategic oversight, exceptional team management, and the ability to ensure all projects maintain the highest standards of quality, timely execution, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategy execution across various phases, including design, pre-construction, construction, and procurement.
  • Proactively address escalations and mitigate project roadblocks, incorporating stakeholder input.
  • Collaborate with senior executives on prioritizing strategic initiatives and enhancing operational processes.
Project Oversight:
  • Conduct regular reviews of project accounts to identify discrepancies and manage expenditures.
