Job Opportunity: Higher Education Partnership Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our college partnerships initiatives in India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with educational institutions, driving revenue growth through long-term collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Development: Identify and approach potential colleges, universities, and higher education institutions across India that align with our training and certification programs.
  • Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management: Foster deep, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and drive mutual value.
  • Strategic Partnership Design: Develop customized partnership models to integrate curriculum, joint certification programs, faculty development workshops, and student career fairs.
  • Negotiation & Agreement Finalization: Lead commercial negotiations and draft agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms while aligning with our business objectives.
  • Program Implementation & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to execute training programs at partner campuses, ensuring smooth scheduling, resource allocation, and faculty assignments.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track partnership performance using KPIs such as student enrollment, program completion rates, and placement outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of experience in college/university partnership, institutional sales, or academic alliances.
  • Strong network within the higher education sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value relationships and deliver business targets.

This is a demanding role requiring extensive travel across regions.
