School Relationship Manager

At the core of our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled School Relationship Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth onboarding of schools and driving repeat participation in our Education solutions.

The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in managing school partnerships and client relationships. You will be responsible for leveraging existing school connections to onboard institutions into our Initiatives and establishing strong, long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers. As the single point of contact for assigned schools, you will address queries and ensure high satisfaction. You will also monitor school participation, track engagement levels, and gather feedback. Additionally, you will conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement and maintain accurate school records in CRM. Your goal will be to drive retention by ensuring schools continue participation in subsequent years.

  • Leverage existing school connections to onboard institutions into educational programs.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with school leaders.
  • Ensure end-to-end onboarding including documentation, registration, and payment realization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Monitor school participation, track engagement levels, and gather feedback.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and events to enhance engagement.
  • Maintain accurate school records in customer relationship management systems and ensure timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education sector.
  • Mandatory: Established network of 50–60 schools with strong professional relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management systems and MS Office applications.
