Dynamic Account Manager Wanted

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to drive our key clients forward. This is an exciting position with a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Manage 5-10 client accounts.
  • Develop senior relationships country-level with clients' leadership.
  • Foster communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay on top of clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any deviations.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders.
  • Promote partnership growth, revenue capture, and new opportunities.
  • Pitch relevant services to clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on new markets by developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor delivery timelines and quality to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Present reports to senior management on account progress and goals.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounts management or customer success roles for a software company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and different stages.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Goal-oriented attitude with a proactive working style.
  • Client interaction and sales deal closure skills.
  • Self-motivation and a sales-oriented mindset.
