
Strategic Client Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of senior relationship manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-value public sector undertaking (PSU) clients within the mid-market group segment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire new PSU relationships, focusing on opportunities across lending, liability, transaction banking, treasury, and other relevant banking products.
- Craft customized solutions tailored to meet the unique business and financial needs of PSU clients.
- Promote revenue growth and profitability targets through strategic acquisition and cross-selling initiatives.
- Evaluate creditworthiness, ensure compliance, and manage risk in all interactions with PSU clients.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including credit, product, and operations teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate/PSU relationship management or acquisition.
- Detailed knowledge of the PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
- MBA/CA/Graduate with relevant banking experience preferred.
