
Client Growth Professional

The Client Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in building, retaining, and growing IT services/staffing accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning key accounts to drive revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell/new logos
- Translating client goals into delivery plans and ensuring SLA adherence and quality
- Managing SOWs/MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintaining a candidate network aligned to client demand to improve time-to-fill
- Tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts to flag risks and drive resolutions
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
- Proven revenue growth outcomes with strong stakeholder management
- Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure
- A working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles
The following skills are highly desirable but not essential for the role:
- MSP/VMS experience, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance
- Prior recruitment operations exposure (ATS, submittal quality)
