
Client Relationship Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling and verifying incoming leads.
Key tasks include engaging professionally with prospects over the phone, explaining basic services to interested leads, and scheduling appointments between verified leads and our clients.
Successful candidates should have good presentation skills, fluency in English and Hindi, and 1-2 years of tele-calling or customer interaction experience.
They must also be confident, professional, and well-spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
We seek a dedicated professional who can maintain daily records of calls and appointments set.
A Tele Caller is required to engage effectively with prospects, manage complex situations, and build long-term relationships with clients.
