Key Responsibilities:- Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with colleges and universities.
- Foster consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients.
- Growth & Expansion:
- Take ownership of growth in designated regions.
- Design and implement strategies to onboard new clients and ensure sustainable growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- New Business Development:
- Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions.
- Help institutions understand how our platform can enhance their services.
- Manage and support institutions during the initial stages of adoption.
- Training & Support:
- Provide necessary training and support to clients.
- Maintain and manage CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.
- Performance Tracking:
- Regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met.
- Share timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities.
- CRM Handling:
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure all information is updated and accurate.
- Handle client queries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
