Enterprise Partnership Development Opportunity

Establish and grow meaningful relationships with key clients to drive successful business outcomes.

This senior role requires you to act as a strategic advisor, ensuring strong client engagement, tailored strategies, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own key client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and technical environments to deliver customized solutions.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions, onboarding, and executive reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Engage in executive-level discussions, aligning solutions with client objectives.
  • Utilize data, KPIs, and market insights to provide actionable recommendations and measurable value.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
  • Prioritize client feedback to drive improvements in products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Detailed knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Able to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experienced with data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
