Strategic Partner Role

This is a full-time position designed for highly motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

As part of the strategic partnership team, you will act as the right hand to the senior leadership, managing cross-functional priorities and ensuring smooth operations across multiple verticals.

This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strong bias toward execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, decision-making, and execution of critical projects.
  • Manage and coordinate across multiple business units, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive planning, execution, and stakeholder management for events, conferences, and forums hosted by the organization.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry tracking to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders including investors, partners, and policymakers.
  • Act as a central point of communication and ensure follow-through on commitments across teams.
  • Oversee operational excellence, monitoring KPIs and ensuring execution of day-to-day activities across business verticals.
  • Support business development, partnerships, and relationship management with high-level stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy, or startup roles.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work across functions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including events or large-scale initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
