About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:- Market Expansion and Growth:
- Develop strategic business plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and onboard new travel agents, ensuring platform adoption.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Establish and maintain partner relationships.
- Train travel agent partners on product offerings.
- Analyze market trends and prepare sales plans.
- Negotiation and Partnership Development:
- Network with clients, initiate deals, negotiate, and close contracts.
- Strategize to promote the product effectively.
Requirements:
- Masters degree from a reputable institute with 2-6 years of experience in Sales, Travel Trade, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales.
- Experience handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
