Job Title: Regional Growth Manager
About the Role:
The Regional Growth Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the region. This includes sales strategy, distributor management, branch profitability, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the region.Manage and develop distributor and dealer networks to achieve business objectives.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Identify new business opportunities and institutional sales.Manage day-to-day operations of the region including billing, collections, stock, and logistics.Maintain regional profitability and manage cost efficiency.Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales & support team.Train team members on products, software solutions, and sales processes.Set performance targets and evaluate staff on defined KPIs.Strengthen relationships with key distributors, dealers, and large clients.Address customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.Conduct market research and competitor tracking, providing insights to management.Prepare and present MIS reports, regional performance data, and sales forecasts.Requirements:
To be successful as a Regional Growth Manager, you should have:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven track record in sales and business development (preferably in IT/biometrics/security products).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in branch P&L management.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in competitive markets.
Qualifications:
A Graduate/MBA in Business Administration, Sales, or related field, along with a minimum 7–10 years of experience in Sales/Branch Management is required. Experience in biometric devices, IT hardware, security systems, or B2B distribution will be an added advantage.
