Regional Operations Lead

As a Regional Operations Lead, you will oversee teams of Operations Leads to ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with the design and production team to maintain alignment with committed project timelines for your region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless customer experience from project booking to handover. Serve as the highest point of escalation for regional issues, ensuring prompt resolution within committed ETAs and maintaining positive project outcomes.
  • Continuously collaborate with cross-functional teams like installer teams, vendor teams, category teams, and product teams to facilitate faster issue resolution for team members to address ground-level problems.
  • Empower the existing team by promoting empowerment and hire top talent in the country to strengthen the regional team.
  • Ensure adherence to defined SOPs and standards across the team to deliver standardized customer experiences.
  • Responsible for Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker Resolution of Customer Escalations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Preferrably holding NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA degrees from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in Startups or similar industries.
  • Demonstrated people management skills with direct team reporting in previous roles.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships with builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.
