Job Title: Warehouse Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned warehouse professional to lead our West Region operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in end-to-end warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee warehouse operations for the West Region, ensuring adherence to policies, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Drive efficiency in inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, manpower planning, and material handling systems.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers; ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
Requirements
  • 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, operations design, and customer solutioning.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations in Maharashtra (Bhiwandi region preferred).
