
Regional Operations Supervisor

This role is responsible for the overall management of a branch, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality of service, customer satisfaction, and effective service recovery.
- Coordinate and integrate all functions and services in the location.
- Implement systems for smooth operation and monitor operational efficiency.
- Handle crisis situations.
- Liaison/maintain PR with clients, suppliers, associates, etc.
- Fleet Administration:
- Ensure fleet administration pertaining to vehicle operation is done as per company standards and policies.
- Fleet Allocation: Monitor proper fleet allocation to clients as per requirement.
- Fleet Accessories: Ensure fleet has required accessories as per company framework.
- Chauffeur Ratio: Maintain a proper ratio of chauffeurs to fleet.
- Sales & Servicing:
- Develop new clients and increase business from existing clients to meet targets.
- Market Analysis: Collate and analyze market and performance information.
- Budget Achievement: Achieve set targets.
- Complaint Handling: Handle major complaints.
- Finances:
- Prepare annual budget for the branch.
- Fund Flow Management: Monitor fund flow management and practice expense control.
- Receivable Management: Monitor receivables as per norm.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance.
- Report Submission: Ensure report back/MIS with analysis is sent to corporate office.
- HR & Administrative:
- Monitor overall branch administration for branch efficiency.
- Customer Service Team: Ensure Customer Service and Drivers team is adequately staffed with competent professionals.
- Team Performance: Appraisal of team to monitor their performance.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure implementation and monitor statutory compliance.
- ISO Standards: Maintain ISO standards as per quality assurance work manual.
- Contractual Employees: Management of contractual employees.

Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/Hotel Management.
- MBA in Marketing or Finance.
Experience:
Minimum 10-15 years in the trade, of which 5 - 7 years should be as a branch head in a reputed car rental company.
