Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our region and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance metrics of both the business and people.

Your primary focus will be on taking ownership of business-critical initiatives such as product launches, internal process improvements, category expansion, and vendor base management.

  • You will contribute actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
  • Developing a strong understanding of design requisites and customer experience is essential to maximizing business results.
  • As a leader, you will develop, lead, motivate, and manage a young and ambitious city team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Creating an ecosystem for successful design experiences for both internal teams and customers is crucial.
  • You will own the quality of design closure for Livspace catalogue products and essential home improvement services for the region.
  • Driving and meeting KPIs such as successful and timely design sign-offs, snag-free/error-free designs, sales/category penetration, C-sat/happy customer experience, E-sat/happy team members are vital.
  • Ensuring constant feedback from customers helps Livspace improve continuously.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Design or Civil engineering, or a comparable degree in Design with MBA being an added advantage.
  • Typically, 7-8 years of experience in an interior fit-out business operating role managing a revenue-generating team(s) or selling design products/services through a group of designers.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to convey business requirements and needs effectively.
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability enable you to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills are essential, including direct team reporting experience.
  • Possessing significant personal and professional drive to continuously improve the standing of Design and Design experience is crucial.
  • A deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, etc., is required.
  • Ability to track and train: training and actively coaching the team on the job, tracking strong and weak performance, course correcting, and rewarding appropriately.
  • Customer empathy: appreciate the nature of the customer problem and be a trustworthy, knowledgeable partner.
  • Representing Livspace as a leader in the representative region, being hungry, humble, and lean.
