Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and growing existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Your collaboration with internal teams will ensure seamless delivery of mortgage products and services.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of mortgage products and services.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
