Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in retail banking.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in retail banking.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
