Sales Performance Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer with 2–5 years of hands-on expertise in Varicent (formerly IBM ICM) to join our team.
Our organization specializes in Sales Performance Management (SPM), empowering global enterprises to unlock growth through innovative compensation solutions. Our clients range from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies across the globe.
Role Overview
- Lead full-cycle implementations — from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Work across key Varicent modules, handle data imports, create reports, design workflows, and collaborate with both internal teams and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end Varicent solution implementations
- Configure modules: Data Import, Calculations, Reporting, Web Forms, Workflow
- Conduct testing (unit, QA, UAT)
- Support production deployment and issue resolution
- Prepare technical documentation
- Communicate with global clients
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of Varicent/IBM ICM implementation experience
- Strong SQL & ETL/data transformation skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Proven ability to manage tasks independently in fast-paced settings
