
Sales Growth Manager

The Sales Partnership Associate will drive business growth through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sales initiatives.
This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with leadership to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies, engage with enterprise clients, and build long-term relationships with partners across industries.
As a key member of our team, you will identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors (Retail, BFSI, Logistics, Hospitality).
You will manage the entire sales cycle — lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
Additionally, you will respond to RFPs/RFQs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals.
In this role, you will also build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with partners for co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
Moreover, you will track partner performance and ensure delivery against KPIs.
Your primary responsibility will be to work with leadership to design GTM plans and pricing models.
Also, you will provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance Kaam.com's offerings.
Ultimately, you will track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.

- Respond to RFPs/RFQs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals.
- Partnership Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth.
- Collaborate with partners for co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
- Track partner performance and ensure delivery against KPIs.
- GTM & Revenue Strategy:
- Work with leadership to design GTM plans and pricing models.
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Kaam.com's recruitment, marketing, and product teams to deliver value to clients.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
Key Skills & Competencies
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience working with RFPs, GTM strategies, and B2B partnerships
- Exposure to HR Tech, SaaS platforms, or recruitment solutions is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
