About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, conversions, and ROI-focused ad strategies through data-driven performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
  • Develop and manage lead generation campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
  • Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
  • Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting for higher conversion rates.
  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.

Key Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing & ROI-driven strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign analysis, budget allocation, and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting techniques.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications (a plus).
  • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or lead-generation-focused industries.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time
