Job Title: Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Drive performance-led initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center feeds for maximum impact.
  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Analyze and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Optimize campaign budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in managing Google & Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM, Shopping Ads, and campaign reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and performance goals effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for achieving measurable results.
