We are seeking an experienced Senior International Business Executive to lead our international sales and business development efforts in the Middle East. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving growth, managing cross-functional teams, and maintaining profitability.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of international business operations, market trends, and competitor analysis. The Senior International Business Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, expand our presence in the Middle East, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Revenue
- Hit sales targets and maintain profit margins by identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts.
- Expand our presence in the Middle East by finding distributors, agents, and partners who can help us achieve our goals.
- Ensure excellent service and strong customer satisfaction by monitoring performance and sharing improvement insights with the team.
- Market Strategy
- Research market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and develop entry and growth plans.
- Lead efforts to open new business in target markets by analyzing market data and making informed decisions.
- Business Development
- Nurture relationships with partners and negotiate contracts, tenders, and agreements that meet our business objectives.
- Manage the full order cycle: quotes → delivery → invoicing by tracking performance and sharing improvement insights with the team.
- Sales & Marketing Support
- Help with regional campaigns and promotions by analyzing market data and making informed decisions.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and trade events to increase visibility and build relationships.
- Team Collaboration
- Work with Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams to facilitate communication and meet company objectives.
- Risk & Compliance
- Identify risks related to regulations or geopolitics and support mitigation planning.
- Stay updated on trade rules and advise teams on compliance matters.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in international business development (ideally in the Middle East).
- A strong track record of sales success and excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- The ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects, as well as knowledge of legal, trade, and compliance matters.
