Job Title: Senior Insurance Business Developer
About the RoleWe are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in Employee Health and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a background in Group Mediclaim, Group Terms, Group Personal Accidents General Insurance, or consulting.
Main Responsibilities- Servicing existing clients and developing new business opportunities by building strong relationships and providing value-added services.
- Conducting thorough analysis of client portfolios to provide risk management consultations and identify potential areas for growth.
- Negotiating with insurers to secure better terms and conditions for our clients.
- Maintaining exceptional client satisfaction through timely communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
- Preparing comprehensive proposals for client presentations and supporting roadshows with market insights and expert knowledge.
- Fostering open communication with clients through Quarterly/Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys to ensure their needs are met.
- Ensuring seamless execution of business transactions, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Cross-selling other Non-EB portfolios through collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and insurance markets to provide informed solutions for clients.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry or TPA with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent leadership skills, including ability to manage diverse client cultures (Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, PSU clients).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to think critically.
- Superior communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
