
Insurance Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales-oriented professional who can leverage their expertise in life insurance products to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through strategic outreach and engagement with potential clients
- Conduct in-depth customer meetings to understand financial needs and provide tailored recommendations on life insurance products
- Clearly explain policy details, benefits, and premium options to clients and address their queries
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business success
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborate with branch teams, operations, and underwriters to facilitate seamless policy processing
- Participate in marketing initiatives and stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM or reporting formats
Requirements:
- Proven field sales experience (minimum 2 years) in life insurance, financial products, or similar sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, customer needs, and regulatory compliance
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reporting tools or CRM systems
