Job Title: Senior Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage make approvals/enlistments with external partners, including design engineering consultants, MEP consultants, architects, and builders & developers.
  • Provide technical support, conduct lead generation, presentations, and negotiations; facilitate bid clarifications and analyze competitive product offerings.
  • Prepare all required documents and provide technical support to consultants/end clients regarding specifications, standards, and compliance.
  • Generate leads, validate them from various sources/sales team, and collaborate with sales personnel to convert them into successful sales.
  • Conduct factory visits for consultants/end clients to ensure make approvals for their ongoing/upcoming projects. Lead product presentations, seminars, and training sessions for consultants/clients.
  • Coordinate all pre- and post-bid techno-commercial clarifications with consultants/clients.
  • Negotiate and discuss technical and commercial aspects with clients/consultants.
  • Work on GEM and other vendor portals. Analyze competitive product offerings in terms of features and prices.
