Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to drive business growth by researching companies, qualifying leads, and engaging prospects.

  • Gather market intelligence using public and private data sources
  • Qualify and score inbound leads to identify key companies for campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor public information sources to augment accounts, leads, and opportunities with relevant data
  • Develop personalized strategies to engage prospects via email and other channels
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns to create account intelligence briefs for Sales Managers
  • Leverage teammates to develop targeted lists and messaging to drive opportunities
  • Work with partners to enrich and triage account data
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities
  • Document activity in CRM and report results regularly

Key Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development or similar roles, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively with autonomy.
