Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Senior Bid Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of proposal responses to RFPs, tenders, pre-sales vendor compliance questionnaires, and security assessments.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposal responses for complex opportunities, managing the end-to-end proposal development process from initial review to final submission, and creating proposal response materials such as compliance matrices, proposal management plans, and desktop publishing.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing proposal responses in various commercial industries and channel partners, with a proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposal responses for complex opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal development process from initial review to final submission
  • Develop proposal response materials such as compliance matrices, proposal management plans, and desktop publishing
