Strategic Growth and Execution Leader

We are seeking a dynamic business leader to drive strategic growth and execution for our luxury e-commerce business. As the Business Lead, you will shape our business strategy across channels, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement to elevate our online luxury website.

This leadership role requires leading a team of 30 employees across Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, and Creative & Content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, forecast, and report on sales, costs, and business performance.
  • Develop strategies for business expansion and future development.
  • Guide teams in creating product and price mix.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional activities.
  • Manage costs and overheads affecting business performance.
  • Liaise with external agencies and authorities as necessary.
  • Review overall performance on KPIs—performance, merchandising, audit scores, and manpower.

You will partner with brand principals to drive business based on market research and past product performance. Define and communicate our unique value proposition, positioning us as a leader in the luxury e-commerce space.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, affiliate & email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
