As a Marketplace Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across leading Indian and global online marketplaces.

This position is ideal for someone who has an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of fashion e-commerce - from onboarding to scaling, optimizing operations, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and setup of new marketplace channels, identifying opportunities for growth, and building strategies to scale sales.
  • Own revenue targets for marketplace channels, drive sales growth, and optimize product listings for visibility and conversions.
  • Ensure accurate, compelling, and optimized product listings across platforms, including image management, pricing strategies, and inventory control.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships, measuring their effectiveness and impact.
  • Track key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generate actionable insights, and build data-led strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, design, operations, and customer experience, to ensure seamless marketplace execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces (Indian & global).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and platforms simultaneously.
  • Genuine passion for fashion, marketplaces, and digital commerce, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
