As a senior professional in the field of total rewards, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive global compensation strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of job architecture, compensation benchmarking, and rewards design.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of a global compensation framework and strategy.
  • Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards programs.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
  • Conduct global compensation benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Administer and manage global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in a senior total rewards or compensation and benefits leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework, job architecture, and rewards strategy.
  • In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and advanced Excel functions.

Additional preferred qualifications include:

  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
