Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our compensation and wellbeing operations.

This role will drive the development of innovative compensation structures, oversee market intelligence and analytics, and spearhead the implementation of wellbeing programs.

About the Role
  • Leverage data analysis and predictive analytics to inform strategic business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and refine compensation policies and philosophies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute technology roadmaps for Market Intelligence & Annual Planning and Total Rewards CoE projects.
  • Consult with stakeholders on Fiserv Compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.
  • Research and analyze market data to develop compensation structures and provide ad hoc analysis for business leaders.
  • Support the work of HR professionals within the CoE and develop a global Fiserv organization.
  • Conduct job evaluations to ensure fair pay differences between jobs and perception thereof.
  • Prepare RFPs, shortlist vendors, and ensure timely completion of appraisal cycles/revision cycles.

  • Define problem statements, set goals, manage performance, escalate issues, and coach/mentor the operations team.
  • Work closely with Fiserv India senior leadership, HR, HQ Benefits, and Wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for the India Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
  • Communicate and brand associate benefits.
  • Drive insurance renewal for Fiserv India entity.
  • Develop approaches for administering health and wellbeing programs in collaboration with local and global teams.
  • Drive vendor market intelligence and help optimize ROI.
  • Manage multiple vendors/services contracts and renewals.
  • Lead internal governance of functional metrics and health/insurance dashboards.
  • Finalize the annual Fiserv India engagement calendar in partnership with site excellence and enable implementation of events.
  • Work with Leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and the leadership team to effectively communicate/amplify Fiserv India's Benefits philosophy and educate team members on the value of Total Rewards.
  • Manage and monitor health and wellbeing budgets and insurance.
  • Own and drive company-wide special projects aligned to team/organizational needs.
