Procurement Specialist HVAC

The role involves leading procurement projects for air technology and HVAC solutions, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards for improved air comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Procurement: Source and procure goods and services for HVAC Retrofit & Naval projects across India.
  • Tender Evaluation: Review and evaluate tender specifications, preparing complete bills of quantity (BOQ) for mechanical and electrical items.
  • Bid Negotiation: Engage with vendors to negotiate rates and payment terms.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in project procurement, preferably in HVAC projects.
  • Knowledge of BOQ compilation, supplier identification, estimation, and costing.
  • Ability to manage electromechanical purchases for multiple project sites nationwide.
