As a leading digital marketing agency, we are seeking an experienced performance marketing expert to drive growth and revenue across Google Ads & Meta Ads.

This is a full-time remote opportunity that requires a self-motivated individual with excellent analytical skills to expand our clients' brand presence through targeted advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads and be proficient in using Business Manager & Facebook Ads Manager. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns, conducting audience research, and creating data-driven strategies to achieve campaign goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads
  • Hands-on experience with Business Manager & Facebook Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly
  • Experience in retargeting & remarketing campaigns
  • Strong copywriting sense for ads and ability to brief creatives effectively
