Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role involves close collaboration with creators, internal teams, and brands to ensure smooth campaign execution, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns by identifying key objectives, targeting specific audiences, and leveraging relevant content formats.
  • Coordinate with influencers to develop content strategies that align with brand goals and messaging.
  • Manage communication with influencers regarding campaign briefs, timelines, and approvals to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track content metrics, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with influencers and clients.
  • Able to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
