Job Overview

We seek a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving ROI-focused campaigns, optimizing ad spends, and scaling performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning and Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for better targeting.
  • Collaboration and Creativity: Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Testing and Improvement: Continuously run A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets and ensure high ROI delivery.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad platform updates.

Required Skills

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and ads.
  • Campaign Optimization: Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup).
  • Data Interpretation: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • SEO Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO basics to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Agency Experience: Experience in agency environments with multi-client campaign management.
  • Marketing Automation: Familiarity with programmatic ads and marketing automation tools.
