Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Allahabad. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations, develop sales strategies, and work towards achieving sales targets. They will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include market research, analyzing sales data, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, sales management, and developing sales strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
  • Customer relationship management experience
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the microfinance or financial services industry is a plus
