Business Operations Manager

A Sales Performance Driver role is available to lead data management and report generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Optimization: Ensure accuracy of sales databases, facilitate data analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Reporting: Produce timely sales reports, analyze MIS data, create dashboards for key performance indicator tracking.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify patterns and opportunities in sales data to drive business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales teams, supply chain, finance, and production teams for seamless sales operations.
  • Process Enhancement: Recommend and implement process improvements based on data insights.
  • System Assurance: Maintain the proper functioning of MIS tools and systems.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Commerce/Business Administration/IT; MBA preferred.
  • 4-6 years experience in sales reporting, MIS management or related roles in FMCG/manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, analytical tools, ERP/CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
