Role Description:

This is a full-time role located in Gurugram for a Sales Operations Coordinator. The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets by managing customer relationships, assisting in the development of sales strategies, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth service delivery, and providing excellent customer service.

Daily Tasks:

  • Manage customer relationships to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the pet services industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
