Work Location: Hyderabad / Remote

Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in SQL
- Advanced experience with Tableau (dashboarding, reporting, visual analytics)
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation/transformations (DataFrames, Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience in Sales Operations (Salesforce CRM preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and deliver insights on merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.
- Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Analyse sales data, market trends, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency, and revenue growth. Present clear and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Forecasting & Planning Support: Support forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting by leveraging statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence for accurate projections.
- Data Infrastructure & Tools: Partner with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable solutions. Use SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) for data extraction and presentation.
- Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyse funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights for critical decisions.
